At Envision Management our team is dedicated to providing you with the personalized service needed in your organization. We take the time to listen and understand your needs and develop the best plan possible to achieve your goal.
Abbey Riley Since November 2013, Abbey has been the Executive Director and Owner of Envision Management, previously known as The Association Office, honing her association management skills by working with a variety of clients in the financial services industry. Abbey has also taken on numerous events independent from these associations, ranging from Continuing Education programs and client appreciation gatherings, to fundraising events and large-scale seminars. She is well-equipped to handle a range of special events that attract both a small and large number of attendees.
In her capacity of association management and event planning, Abbey has been successful by never losing sight of the attention to detail that is instrumental in this profession. She steps into all projects with energy and a willingness to take on necessary tasks, which has breathed new life into the non-profit groups with which she has worked. Her ability to adapt to the needs of each unique client situation and the members of those groups has been invaluable to her success.
Abbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems & Health Care Management, Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University. She resides in Sylvania with her husband and three children.
Ann Francis With extensive experience working with legislators and donors in public policy management positions, Ann brings a high level of expertise to the Envision Management team. She is energetic and versatile, allowing her to work quickly and effectively in a variety of situations. Ann has excellent writing, research and presentation skills, which has aided her in all of her professional endeavors. She is skilled in relationship and coalition building and has developed policy briefs and reports.
Ann’s life-long passion for advocacy and serving others has brought her to Envision Management, ready and willing to assist clients with strategic plans to take their organizations to a higher level.
Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Gender Studies, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, and holds a Master of Science in Public Services Management from DePaul University. She currently lives with her husband and two children in Sylvania, Ohio.
Lori Bartkowiak As an Associate Director with Envision Management, Lori takes pride in connecting with people to coordinate and plan events that both meet and exceed client expectations. She is enthusiastic, driven and detail oriented.
Lori has over 15 years of experience in management. Throughout her career she has specialized in customer service, sales, recruitment, and team building.
Lori is an alumnae of Notre Dame Academy High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
With her husband and son, Lori resides in Sylvania, OH. She loves spending time with family and friends and is known for her infectious smile and compassion for people.
